After three games on the road, the Wilmington Wildcats are heading back home. They will take on the Reed-Custer Comets Friday. These two teams have had a rocky road up to this point with four consecutive losses apiece.
It was a hard-fought contest, but the Wildcats had to settle for a 78-70 defeat against Coal City on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Reed-Custer came up short against Herscher on Tuesday, falling 54-44.
Wilmington was close but no cigar in the teams' previous meeting in January as they fell 66-62 to Reed-Custer. Maybe Wilmington will have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back on MaxPreps for all the details.
