Refugio's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Freer on Friday. Refugio never let Skidmore-Tynan get on the board and left with a 61-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Refugio, who have now won five games by 27 points or more so far this season.

Refugio's record is now 5-3. As for Skidmore-Tynan, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Refugio is set to challenge their familiar foe Three Rivers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Skidmore-Tynan will face off against rival Freer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
