Mustaq'eem Williams is hardly just a track athlete playing football. His speed is just one part of his football prowess.

When
Mustaq'eem Williams was in elementary school, he wisely started a program that has enabled him to become an elite performer in both football and track.
"When I started football in sixth grade, I'd get up at 5 a.m. and run hills carrying a 50-pound sandbag," Williams told MaxPreps. "I'd have a weighted vest, ankle weights and weighted shoes. It gets heavy, but you kind of get used to the pain. I wanted to get faster and stronger."

"They wouldn't bite us, but at a younger age I was scared," he admitted.
All this activity over the years has resulted in speed to burn. The rising senior at
Forest Park (Woodbridge, Va.) has run 40 yards in a blazing 4.28 seconds at a football camp. In track he holds four individual outdoor and two indoor school records and last spring won state titles in three individual events.
