After losing to Turtle Lake the last time they met, Flambeau decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Flambeau got past Turtle Lake with less than a touchdown to spare, ending up at 6-0. The win was a breath of fresh air for Flambeau as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
The victory bumped Flambeau's record up to 2-4. The loss dropped Turtle Lake's record to 3-4.
Next week Flambeau take on Pepin/Alma at 7:00 PM. Flambeau will be strutting in after a win while Pepin/Alma will be stumbling in from a defeat. Turtle Lake will take on Clear Lake at home at 7:00 PM.
