Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.
Emmy Sullivan was a standout: she went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. Those two hits gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Melia Richardson, who went 1-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.
Millard South is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-9 record this season.
