The Northfield Norsemen will face off against the Cowan Blackhawks at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Northfield not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 18th (when they won 3-0). They blew past Northwestern 3-0. The Norsemen haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Northfield walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-18, 25-21.

Bella Myers was the offensive standout of the contest as she had eight digs and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September.
They weren't the only good servers: Northfield was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. They are a perfect 12-0 when they serve at least ten aces.
Meanwhile, Cowan was able to grind out a solid victory over Blue River Valley on Friday, taking the game 3-1.
Cowan was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-21, 21-25, 25-23.
Northfield better keep an eye on Taylor Young. She was instrumental in Cowan's win, getting 12 digs and four aces.
Cowan's win bumped their record up to 10-15. As for Northfield, their victory bumped their record up to 20-9.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Tuesday's match: Northfield has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 8 aces per game.
