The Credo Gryphon scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They walked away with a 45-38 victory over Roseland Collegiate Prep. The win was a breath of fresh air for Credo as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
Credo found their leader in underclassman Reilly Fay, who scored 22 points. That makes it seven consecutive games in which Fay has scored at least a third of Credo's points. The team also got some help courtesy of June Guthrie, who scored nine points.
Credo's victory bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Roseland Collegiate Prep, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.
Credo will head out on the road to square off against Technology at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Roseland Collegiate Prep, they will be playing at home against Summerfield Waldorf at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
