Several Clippers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Maddox Brown, who scored 19 points along with two steals. Brown is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for four games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Seth Struharik, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Lakeview's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Columbiana, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lakeview will take on LaBrae at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. LaBrae will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Lakeview surely won't give up without a fight. As for Columbiana, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Jackson-Milton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Columbiana is facing Jackson-Milton at the right time seeing as Jackson-Milton is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
