Meanwhile, Perry came tearing into Tuesday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.7 runs) and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Gators 10-2. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won five matches by eight runs or more so far this season.
Lee County now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Perry, they pushed their record up to 7-4 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road.
