In what's become a running theme this season, the Bethany Bronchos gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 67-22 victory over Elgin. With Bethany ahead 38-8 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
It was another big night for Zya Vann, who scored 27 points along with six steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Kayten Donley was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with two steals.
Bethany is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Elgin, their loss dropped their record down to 8-6.
Bethany won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Anadarko at 7:00 p.m. on January 20th. Anadarko's defense has only allowed 28.5 points per game this season, so Bethany's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Elgin, Elgin and Purcell will face off on January 20th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
