Merryl Paul continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Parkview Christian, scoring 18 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Paul hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Maria Pastrelo, who scored six points along with six steals and five assists.
Lewiston bumped their record down to 0-12 with that loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Parkview Christian, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.
Lewiston will be playing in front of their home fans against Johnson-Brock at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Johnson-Brock is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last ten games. As for Parkview Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Elmwood-Murdock on Tuesday. Elmwood-Murdock presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Parkview Christian in Nebraska (Elmwood-Murdock is ranked 24th, while Parkview Christian is ranked 200th).
