Victory Christian Academy had won two straight home games and Gavin Whitaker did his part to make it three on Thursday. The Lions secured a 68-64 W over the Heritage Christian Defenders with plenty of help from Whitaker, who almost dropped a double-double with 28 points and nine rebounds.
