Even though they lost, Sperry was hitting in the alleys and finished the game with six doubles. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Perkins-Tryon only hit two.
Mannford's win bumped their record up to 17-14. As for Sperry, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-10.
