The Norview Pilots won the last time they faced the Lake Taylor Titans, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Norview put the hurt on Lake Taylor with a sharp 61-37 victory. The win made it back-to-back wins for Norview.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Norview to victory, but perhaps none more so than Leyla Minor, who scored 20 points along with 3 steals and 3 blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Keona Mitchell, who scored 7 points along with 8 rebounds and 3 blocks.
Norview's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Lake Taylor, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Norview will head out on the road to face off against Oxon Hill at 7:20 p.m. on December 8th. As for Lake Taylor, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Great Bridge at 7:00 p.m.
