Chaminade has gone 9-1 against Notre Dame (SO) recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Eagles will head out to challenge the Knights at 7:00 p.m. Notre Dame (SO) took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Chaminade, who comes in off a win.
Chaminade's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They claimed a resounding 52-0 victory over Loyola. The Eagles' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

| 09/19/25 vs Cathedral | 89 |

Cameron Blackman and Beau Lindus were among the main playmakers for Chaminade as the former rushed for 92 yards and a pair of TDs on only 12 carries and the latter picked up 122 receiving yards and two scores. Those 92 rushing yards gave Blackman a new career-high.
Chaminade's run defense was locked in: Loyola could only muster 2.7 yards per carry. The team can thank Hudson Manning for the heroic effort on defense: he. Chaminade's run defense has been on the up-and-up: they allowed 4.77 yards per carry earlier this season, but they've only allowed 5.6 on average over their last five games.
Meanwhile, Notre Dame (SO) was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a hard 35-16 fall against Serra. While the Knights had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored the Cavaliers 16-7.
Although Notre Dame (SO) took the loss, they still got scores from Emmanuel Pullins and Wyatt Brown.
Chaminade is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 34.6 points over those games. As for Notre Dame (SO), they now have a losing record of 4-5.
Friday's matchup might be decided on the ground. Chaminade has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 169.2 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Notre Dame (SO) struggles in that department as they've been averaging 170.1 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's game turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Chaminade barely slipped by Notre Dame (SO) in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 31-30. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Knights' Steele Pizzella, who threw for 219 yards and three touchdowns while completing 73.1% of his passes, and also rushed for 60 yards. Now that he won't be playing on Friday, will it be easier for the Eagles to walk away with another win? Check MaxPreps.com after the match to find out.
