Meanwhile, after soaring to 51 points the game before, North Sand Mountain were a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They were dealt a 56-7 loss at the hands of Collinsville.
Locust Fork's win was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 10-0. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 1-8 Gaston and 1-8 Cleveland (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 30.6% over those games).
