In what's become a running theme this season, Classical Prep gave their fans yet another huge victory on Thursday. They put the hurt on Universal Academy with a sharp 50-27 victory. Classical Prep's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Classical Prep relied on the efforts of Mia Milanes, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds, and Kaelyn Malloy, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and ten rebounds. Malloy has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Sophia Gannon, who scored four points along with three steals.
Families Instructing Students HomeSchool suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Thursday. They suffered a rough 51-29 defeat at the hands of Bell Creek Academy.
Classical Prep has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Families Instructing Students HomeSchool, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5.
