Abbeville Christian Academy has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. Having just played yesterday, they will head out on the road to face off against the Chambers Academy Rebels at 6:00 p.m. on January 23rd.
On Monday, Abbeville Christian Academy was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 52-51 to Lakeside School. Abbeville Christian Academy has not had much luck with Lakeside School recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Meanwhile, Chambers Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They slipped by Lakeside School 51-50. Chambers Academy didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this victory makes it their second in a row.
Abbeville Christian Academy has not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for Chambers Academy, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-10.
