Basketball Recap: Community Christian Academy Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Community Christian Academy entered their tilt with Nebo Crossing Academy on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 55-53 win over the Bulldogs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2024.

Community Christian Academy was led to victory by JeKobe Floyd and Chaden Poole. Floyd posted 25 points and five rebounds, while Poole earned 17 points in addition to seven boards and three steals. With that strong performance, Floyd is now averaging an impressive 16.4 points per game. Another player making a difference was Aiden Neal, who put up seven points.

Nebo Crossing Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Reece Galbreath, who scored 16 points. Cade Galbreath was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Community Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Coincidentally, Community Christian Academy and Nebo Crossing Academy will both be playing Pinnacle Classical Academy the next time they take the court. The Warriors will host the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Bulldogs will host them at 5:30 p.m. on December 1.
