They had to suffer through a rough 57-29 loss at the hands of Fullington Academy. Grace Christian Academy has struggled against Fullington Academy recently, as their contest on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the loss, Grace Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Ali Roberts, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
Even though they lost, Grace Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. This was only their ninth loss (out of ten games) when they hit their own glass that hard.
Fullington Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Whitney Mcleod, who scored 19 points along with three steals. Kathryn Akin was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with 11 rebounds and four steals.
Grace Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Fullington Academy, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-6.
