Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Paislee Ticer, who shot 50% from the field en route to 16 points along with five rebounds and five steals. Thanks to that strong game, Ticer now owns an excellent 45.8% shooting accuracy. Jill Huffaker was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with nine points and 14 boards.
Central's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Danville, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.
