Trumbull is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They walked away with a 41-28 victory over Ridgefield last Saturday.
Trumbull relied on the efforts of Will Carley, who rushed for 81 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, and Jaden Tuhaise, who rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries. The dominant performance gave Carley a new career-high in rushing yards.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Trumbull was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 279 rushing yards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved they're rushing yard total in three consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, McMahon never let their opponents score last Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Bridgeport Central 48-0 on the road. With that win, the Senators brought their scoring average up to 30.5 points per game.
Lorenzo Laracca was a one-man wrecking crew for McMahon as he threw for 160 yards and four touchdowns on only nine passes.
