Northside can bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They blew past the Fleming Colonels 17-3. The Vikings' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-7. As for Fleming, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northside will face off against Salem at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
