Sunrise Mountain is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They put the hurt on Buckeye with a sharp 3-0 win.
Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Sunrise Mountain took every set by at least 15 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-8, 25-6.

Sunrise Mountain's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Kami Milner, who had 11 digs and three aces, and Aubree Manning, who had 11 digs. That's the most digs Manning has posted since back in October.
Meanwhile, Canyon View made easy work of Verrado on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 victory.
The final score came out to 25-20, 25-12, 25-14.
Canyon View's win came from a few key players Sunrise Mountain will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Isabella Hedrick, who had 11 digs and four aces. Tatum Kinard was another key player, getting 17 assists and three digs.
They weren't the only good servers: Canyon View was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in seven consecutive contests.
Sunrise Mountain's win bumped their record up to 33-3. As for Canyon View, their victory bumped their record up to 27-10-3.

However, it's not like Canyon View struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 7.7 aces.
