Gavin Lang made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 6.1 innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. Lang was even better at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.
