Genoa-Kingston had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the Belvidere Bucs 59-18. The Cogs pushed the score to 48-17 by the end of the third, a deficit the Bucs had no chance of recovering from.

Coming up, Genoa-Kingston will be taking part in a tournament against Rochelle at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Belvidere, they will take on Woodstock North in a tournament on Thursday.
