Tri-Cities Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Michaela Dixon led the charge by scoring 17 points along with three steals. Dixon continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Faith Greene, who scored 17 points along with two steals.
Southwest Virginia Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Tri-Cities Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season.
