There's no place like home for the Grace Christian Academy Crusaders, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Wednesday. They secured a 38-33 W over Tri-Point on Saturday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Grace Christian Academy also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Leading Grace Christian Academy to victory were Miranda Glenn and Natalie Dalton. Glenn scored nine points along with six rebounds and four steals, while Dalton dropped a double-double on 18 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it 15 consecutive games in which Dalton has scored at least 25% of Grace Christian Academy's points.
Grace Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-11. As for Tri-Point, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Donovan/St. Anne the next time they take the court. Grace Christian Academy will head out to face Donovan/St. Anne at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, while Tri-Point will host them at 10:00 a.m. on January 4, 2024.
