After both having extra time off, the Highlands Ranch Falcons and the Centaurus Warriors will shake off the cobwebs and take on one another at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.
Centaurus better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Highlands Ranch really get things going. Highlands Ranch blew past Lakewood 64-44 two weeks ago. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 20 points or more this season.

The Warriors pushed the score to 46-24 by the end of the third, a deficit the Sailors cut but never quite recovered from.
Highlands Ranch better keep an eye on Nick Jones. He was instrumental in Centaurus' win, going 7 of 10 on his way to 16 points in addition to five boards and four blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Sam Esposito, who had 13 points along with five rebounds and three steals.

Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Highlands Ranch has crashing the boards this season, having averaged 30.6 boards per game.
