Parowan hasn't had much luck against Beaver recently, but that could start to change on Friday. After each having a week off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.
Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Parowan turned things around against North Sevier last Friday. They put the hurt on the Wolves with a sharp 42-20 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Rams considering their seven-point performance the contest before.

Tyrel Vest had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 162 yards and four scores while picking up 7.4 yards per carry. Those 162 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Parowan proved: they limited North Sevier to a paltry 2.7 yards per carry. The team can thank Josh Waller for the heroic effort on defense: he. Parowan's ground attack was stronger, having averaged 5.2.
Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Beaver against Enterprise two weeks ago as the squad secured a 55-20 victory. The Beavers pushed the score to 48-20 by the end of the third, a deficit the Wolves had little chance of recovering from.
Parowan better keep an eye on Davin Orton. He was instrumental in Beaver's win, rushing for 104 yards, while also throwing for 70 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Special teams played a big role in the game for Beaver, adding 13 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Maverick Albrecht, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.
Beaver's record is now 8-2. As for Parowan, they picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 4-6.
Friday's matchup might be decided on the ground. Parowan has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 168.6 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Beaver struggles in that department as they've been averaging 259.2 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's game turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Parowan was dealt a bruising 55-14 loss at the hands of Beaver in their previous matchup on October 3rd. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Rams were down 28-6.
