Lower Dauphin had lost three games on the road, but after bumping their record up to 10-3 on Thursday that streak is in the rearview. They came out on top against the Bishop McDevitt Crusaders by a score of 7-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 14-1 back in March.

As for Bishop McDevitt, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season. Their defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

For Bishop McDevitt's part, Calvin Snyder made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Easton Comp, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lower Dauphin will square off against Shippensburg at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Bishop McDevitt, they will challenge Central Dauphin East at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
