Pueblo Centennial extended their losing streak to seven on Friday, dropping them down to 1-9. They were dealt a 70-12 loss at the hands of the Lewis-Palmer Rangers. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Rangers from their previous meeting back in November of 2024.
Chaz Brooks threw for 49 yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Antoine Gilmore rushed for 103 yards and one score.
As for Lewis-Palmer, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lewis-Palmer to victory, but perhaps none more so than Wyatt Hamer, who rushed for 85 yards and a pair of TDs. Hamer showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 52 yards. Greg Moore also deserves a mention for his punt return touchdown.
