Last Saturday, West Carrollton strolled past Troy with points to spare, taking the game 47-33. Given West Carrollton's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 265th, while Troy is ranked 556th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Xenia ended up a good deal behind Miamisburg on Monday and lost 60-45. Xenia has struggled against Miamisburg recently, as their game on Monday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
