The Orange Beach Makos will challenge the Spanish Fort Toros at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Orange Beach's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 16-0 margin over St. Michael Catholic. The win was familiar territory for the Makos, who have now won three contests in a row.

Kenlie Williams made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had over her last five games. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and one double.
In other batting news, Addy Oldham was incredible, firing off two home runs, three runs, and three RBI while going 3-for-3. Those two home runs gave her a new career-high. Teagan Revette was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
Orange Beach kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as St. Michael Catholic didn't got any.
Meanwhile, Spanish Fort won against Baker two weeks ago with seven runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. Everything went the Toros' way against Baldwin County as they made off with a 7-0 victory.
Not much got past Mallarie Beagle, who gave up just a hit to keep Baldwin County off the board. Beagle has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Jayla Harris, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and four RBI.
Orange Beach's win bumped their record up to 31-1. As for Spanish Fort, their victory bumped their record up to 32-11-1.
Everything went Orange Beach's way against Spanish Fort in their previous matchup back in March, as Orange Beach made off with a 12-1 win. Do the Makos have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Toros turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
