The Bridgewater-Raritan Panthers and The Pingry School Big Blue will face off at 7:00 p.m. on February 8th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Bridgewater-Raritan will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings (they are ranked 154th, while The Pingry School is ranked 32nd).
After a string of three wins, Bridgewater-Raritan's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 59-52 to Phillipsburg. Bridgewater-Raritan has not had much luck with Phillipsburg recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Meanwhile, The Pingry School put the finishing touches on their sixth blowout victory of the season on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat North Hunterdon 64-31 at home. Winning may never get old, but The Pingry School sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Bridgewater-Raritan's loss dropped their record down to 9-14. As for The Pingry School, they pushed their record up to 15-4 with that victory, which was their eighth straight at home.
