New Creation Christian Academy lost against Konos Academy last Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Crusaders took a 41-25 bruising from the Condor. While the Crusaders didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Condor 10-2 in the first quarter.

New Creation Christian Academy's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Elisabeth Metz, who posted 11 points and seven boards. Metz continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Nevaeh Barry, who put up no points in addition to ten rebounds and five steals.
New Creation Christian Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Konos Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-3.
New Creation Christian Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lanier Christian Academy at 1:00 p.m. on December 4. As for Konos Academy, they will square off against Springwood at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
