Strasburg's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Brody Hopwood, who threw for 282 yards and two TDs while completing 74.2% of his passes, and Cade Hemphill, who rushed for 95 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Englewood didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Michael Beulah.
The loss snapped Englewood's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-2 record. As for Strasburg, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.
