Even though the North Central Knights scored an imposing 56 points on Tuesday, the Camden Bulldogs still came out on top. Camden blew past North Central 80-56. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Camden also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2022.
Camden's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Israel Macklin, who scored 29 points along with 8 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Macklin has scored at least 25% of Camden's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Terrence Stradford, who scored 15 points along with 7 rebounds.
When it comes to explaining why North Central lost, one person who can't be blamed is Dylan Smith. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 26 points and 20 rebounds.
The victory got Camden back to even at 2-2. As for North Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
