While South Hills' win against Colony wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Huskies never let the Titans get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Huskies in their matchups with the Titans: they've now won four in a row.
The result came thanks to Parker Milton's shutout, as she gave up just two hits and racked up 15 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, South Hills saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isabella Martinez, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.
Meanwhile, San Dimas posted their closest victory since March 25, 2025 on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Colony 9-8.
Tiffany Villegas spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and seven unearned) runs on nine hits.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Juleah Velasco, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two runs and one RBI. Those four hits gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Adrianna Rosales, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
San Dimas was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. They are 11-4 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

San Dimas' hitters will have their work cut out for them on Thursday. South Hills has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.2 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for San Dimas, though, as they've been averaging only 2.4 strikeouts. Will South Hills keep running through batters, or will the Saints buck the trend?
Everything went South Hills' way against San Dimas in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as South Hills made off with an 18-5 win. Will the Huskies repeat their success, or do the Saints have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
