They blew past Chazy, posting a 62-32 win at home. That's another feather in the cap for Boquet Valley, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Jackson Hooper was the offensive standout of the contest as he dropped a double-double on 19 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Boquet Valley's points. Bode Buehler was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Boquet Valley's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Chazy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Willsboro Central the next time they take the court. Boquet Valley will head out to face Willsboro Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Chazy will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
