If Plant wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Steinbrenner, they should've done a better job of containing KK Ramsey. Steinbrenner enjoyed a cozy 26-12 victory over Plant on Thursday with plenty of help from Ramsey, who threw for 196 yards and three TDs, and also rushed for 84 yards and one score on only nine carries. What's more, she racked up 128 passer rating, the most she's had since back in April of 2024.

Berkley Demeter was another key player, picking up 89 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. She also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making three total tackles and defending one pass.

Although Plant took the loss, they still got scores from Emma Sullivan and Ally Martin.

The win made it two in a row for Steinbrenner and bumps their season record up to 8-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 18 points in those games. As for Plant, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Coming up, Steinbrenner is taking a road trip to take on Tampa Catholic at 7:35 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Plant, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 19-6 win against Osceola on the 28th.
