Weeping Water's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Riggs Wilson, who scored 18 points. Wilson is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Tucker Bickford, who scored nine points.
Weeping Water's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Johnson County Central, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-4.
