Basketball Recap: Francis Parker's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Francis Parker extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Tavid Johnson. The Francis Parker Lancers blew past the Westmont Warriors 70-42 on Thursday thanks in part to Johnson, who went 7 for 15 on his way to 20 points in addition to seven assists and five steals. The matchup was his 21st in a row with at least ten points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Minh-Vy Nguyen, who posted eight points. That's the most points he has posted since back in January.

Francis Parker has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a massive bump to their 8-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.1 points per game. As for Westmont, they moved to 7-2 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
