The Ramapo Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 25 points or more this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Ridgewood 56-25 on the road. The win was familiar territory for Ramapo who now have three in a row.
Ramapo was led to victory by Chris Cervino and Peyton Seals. Cervino scored 16 points, while Seals scored 18 points. The game was Cervino's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Wyatt Eglinton manner, who scored nine points along with six rebounds.
Ramapo's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Ridgewood, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-2.
Ramapo is on the road again on Sunday and play against College Achieve at 4:00 p.m. on January 14th. As for Ridgewood, they will square off against St. Joseph Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
