Despite the defeat, The Master's Academy got a solid performance out of Aiden Holiday, who scored 13 points. The game was Holiday's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Sawyer Waugh was another key contributor, scoring five points.
Lake Lure Classical Academy's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for The Master's Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.
This contest is shaping up to be a blowout: Lake Lure Classical Academy hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having only averaged 64.8 points per game. It's a different story for The Master's Academy, though, as they've been averaging only 47.8 points per game.
