Keith is 8-2 against Hatch since November of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Keith Bears will look to defend their home court against the Hatch Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Keith's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 20 games.
Last Monday, Keith was fully in charge, breezing past Linden 90-40 at home. Given Keith's advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 177th, while Linden is ranked 445th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Keith can attribute much of their success to Miles Hannah, who scored 23 points, and Tommy Tisdale III, who scored 29 points. Tisdale III hasn't dropped below 24 points for six straight games.
Meanwhile, two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Hatch walked away with it. They claimed a resounding 63-36 win over the Trail Blazers at home.
Keith has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a massive bump to their 18-9 record this season. As for Hatch, their win bumped their record up to 13-11.
Keith strolled past Hatch in their previous meeting two weeks ago by a score of 68-54. Will Keith repeat their success, or does Hatch have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
