If Ridge was riding high fresh off their 57-20 takedown of North Brunswick last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Red Devil took a 14-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Westfield Blue Devils on Saturday. The Red Devil's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Sawyer Paul threw for 142 yards on 11 of 21 attempts. Tristan Frank was his top target, picking up 50 receiving yards. On the ground, C.J. Griffith rushed for 85 yards.

Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Westfield, their record now sits at 4-5.

Coming up, Ridge will welcome Colonia on Friday. Westfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
