Osbourn's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Irieanna Smoot led the charge by scoring 21 points along with 6 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Smoot has scored at least 25% of Osbourn's points. Rhyannon Stanley was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 11 rebounds.
Osbourn's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Manassas Park, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
