The Rosman Tigers can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They snuck past Blue Ridge Early College with a 56-52 victory. The win was just what Rosman needed coming off of a 76-33 loss in their prior contest.
Marley McCall was his usual excellent self, scoring 28 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals. Kaesyn Mccoy was another key contributor, scoring 5 points along with 13 rebounds and 3 steals.
Loss or not, Blue Ridge Early College got some senior leadership from Eric Puskarich who scored 28 points and Ethan Henson who scored 20 points. Puskarich scored a full 53.8% of Blue Ridge Early College's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Rosman's win bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Blue Ridge Early College, they bumped their record down to 0-3 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rosman will take on Brevard at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Blue Ridge Early College's road trip will continue as they head out to face Carolina Day at 6:00 p.m. on November 30th. Carolina Day is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
