Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Lake Catholic's offense. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (1-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.
Mentor's win ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-0. As for Lake Catholic, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-1.
